Male, born on Nov. 16, 1962. He
received B.Sc. and graduated from Henan Normal University in 1983. He received
M.S. degree from Dalian University of Technology in 1986. Then, he joined the
Dalian Institue of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, where he
received his Ph.D in 1994. He joined Fudan University as postdoctorate. He got
the position of associate professor of chemistry in 1996 and full professor of
chemistry in 1999. As Guest Professor and Guest Scientist, he visited T¨¹bingen
University and the National Research Center for Environment and Health in
Germany, respectively, from 1996 to 1997. He has undertaken 10 more research
projects from the National Science Foundations of China, key-projects from
Administration of S&T and Chinese Academy of Sciences, as well as
cooperative studies between China and US EPA etc., respectively. His research
works are mainly in the realm of proteomeics, signal chemicals in life sciences,
traditional Chinese medicines, environmental analysis, and separation system on
micro-chip.
